The story beings in 2402 with the Earth in peril. Currently in Alpha 8.6, the game features a plethora of functionality that makes it a direct competitor to a lot of the other AAA space titles offered. Regardless of the size of the studio, Empyrion sees sizable additions on a regular basis. Eleon Game Studios is out of Switzerland and is a fairly small staff.
